Hi all,

I've been several hours trying to find a link to download the install shield tuner but I just can't seem to find it. I have an advantage user ID on the IBM website and although several tech notes refer me there I can't find it. Could someone please give me the direct link to the download or maybe you know of another place to obtain this file?
